These tendencies are collectively remaking how conflicts erupt, develop, and, most importantly, must be resolved. The Yale Peace Fellowship, a flagship program of the International Leadership Center (ILC) at Yale University, is intended to develop exactly this type of leadership.

Annually, the fellowship brings together 16 outstanding up-and-coming leaders who are directly involved in the urgent business of conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation.
