#1 UO Excellence Scholarship
Outstanding nonresident first-year students are automatically qualified for the highly competitive UO Excellence Scholarship. The scholarship honours academic excellence and promise. The UO Excellence Scholarship may be paired with other University of Oregon merit scholarships, such as the Diversity Excellence and General University Scholarships. Eligibility Requirements:
A select few UO Excellence Scholarships are granted to the most academically meritorious nonresident students. The selection is made based on a full review of the student's admission application and academic record. To be kept in eligibility, the recipients must enrol in the fall term of the first year and retain at least 12 UO credits per term. To renew the UO Excellence Scholarship, the recipients should have a cumulative UO GPA of 3.00 or better and earn a minimum of 12 UO credits per term (36 UO credits per year). The scholarship can be renewed for a maximum of 12 academic terms (not including summer) over five years. Students enrolled in a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA), Bachelor of Interior Architecture (BIARC), or Bachelor of Architecture (BARCH) program may renew up to 15 terms of tuition prepayment within six years. Unused terms are lost upon early graduation.

- No scholarship application is needed. To be eligible, simply:

#4 International Cultural Service Program Tuition Scholarships
The International Cultural Service Program Scholarship provides partial tuition assistance to international students. More than 50 students annually receive work-study awards of $1,000 to $4,500. #6 Pan American Fellowship
The Pan American Fellowship Fund, which was founded in 1946 by the Oregon Federation of Women's Clubs (OFWC), promotes educational exchange through support for women pursuing graduate education.
